1970's Corruption Trial[edit]

Shouldn't there be something in here on the 1970's corruption trial that left several top executives of Hartz Mountain and NJ public officials dead and imprisoned for bribery and prostitution in exchange for developing the Meadowlands in the 1970's? It was the impetus for developing the Meadowlands and is certainly a part of its history... Stevenmitchell 00:26, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Map[edit]

Wikipedia has great articles about geographic locations, districts, urban and rural areas, etc., but they often provide no maps. A good map showing the location of the medowlands in relation to Manhattan, the Hudson river, and New Jersey would be great. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.170.200.130 (talk) 04:56, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Criminal Activities Associated with The Meadowlands Development[edit]

Hi. Where are the controversies and criminal activities that were associated with the construction of the Meadowlands in the 1970s, when a number of state officials and private businessmen were tried and convicted for bribery, prostitution and other illegal activities to gain zoning and building approvals? It was one of the largest corruption scandals in United States history. Why isn't it any of the articles on the Meadowlands and its history? Stevenmitchell (talk) 17:04, 1 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
