If you need assistance with figuring on how things work around here, I'd suggest WP:TEAHOUSE is a good place to ask questions. As a general rule, if you go slowly, don't take things too personally and talk things out it'll go fine. Briefly if someone reverts or modifies your edit(s) you discuss at Talk:Campus Rape, and anything that's possibly controversial should be backed by reliable sources ("RS" in Wiki-ese). That should get you started -- it's easiest and best to learn "the rules" as you need them rather than fretting you'll "do something wrong." ("Be bold!" is another classic wiki-ism).
