Custom Speedy Deletion tag

You tagged Lewis leban with a speedy deletion tag and only noted that it was "not notable". Not being notable isn't a justification for speedy deletion. On top of that, the article was already tagged for A7 deletion. Please make yourself familiar with WP:CSD before tagging anymore article for speedy deletion. Please consider this your first warning.
