Lublin Ghetto

Thank you for your note. It's an interesting article. Frankly, I'm surprised Wikipedia didn't have an article about the ghetto previously. Thanks for taking care of that. :-) — [[::User:Malik Shabazz|Malik Shabazz]] (talk · contribs) 03:45, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

WP:AE

Hi, Skäpperöd just started another WP:AE against me and he also mentioned you and Jacurek.. Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement. Loosmark (talk) 17:46, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Lucas on cost of recession

Nice article. I've added a little bit on the equity premium, will expand if I get time.JQ (talk) 21:05, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

RfCU for Viriditas

Although you are not a party, I am letting you know that I cited an attack upon you and a comment of yours to Viriditas -- as one of many comments by other editors to Viriditas re his/her posting behavior -- in the Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Viriditas, which covers Viriditas' WP:Wikihounding campaign. DYK for Lublin Ghetto

Updated DYK query On July 2, 2009, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Lublin Ghetto, which you created or substantially expanded. You are welcome to check how many hits your article got while on the front page (here's how) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.

Appeal

Thanks for your note. I don't have any issue with you mentioning me. Good luck with your appeal. It does seem unfair that you would be sanctioned before you were given warning. — [[::User:Malik Shabazz|Malik Shabazz]] (talk · contribs) 04:37, 4 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Expulsion of Germans / Warsaw

An RfC has opened about this issue at Talk:Expulsion of Germans after World War II#RfC: Nazi atrocities in Warsaw. Skäpperöd (talk) 05:41, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Herzog speech

Here is the text-[4]--Woogie10w (talk) 14:41, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I read the speech, there is nothing in the text concerning the Expulsion of the Germans after WW2. --Woogie10w (talk) 15:11, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I'm struggling through it in German and I'm not seeing it. Perhaps the source I gave was referring to a different speech of Herzog's (he gave a few related ones)?radek (talk) 15:15, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
He would never ever mention the expulsions in Warsaw, that would only anger the Poles. Think, man. Try harder, I bet there is a reliable scholarly Polish source on public opinion in 1945-46, a sociological study that mentions the fact that Germans were persona non grata because of the war. I don't read Polish, I am busy learning Korean--Woogie10w (talk) 17:26, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You're right that in that particular speech he probably wouldn't. But the source does note the two together. I'll look through the Polish sourcesradek (talk) 17:33, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I commented there and urge you to reconsider. Skäpperöd (talk) 16:53, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
