American Association of Wildlife Veterinarians

I recommend creating that page as a draft using the WP:AFC process, and then submitting it for review when you think it's ready. See also, Help:Introduction and Help:Your first article.

Also note, if you create a page by accident you can always have it deleted by placing {{db-g7}} at the top of the page. 119.59.121.172 (talk) 19:35, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your guidance. This is confusing, even with the training.Sintegral (talk) 19:43, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
No problem, this can be a very confusing place. You can always get help by posting a question at the WP:TEAHOUSE or placing {{help me}} on your talk page, and someone will be along to help. In addition you should use colons to indent your responses to make it clear who you are replying to, see Help:Indent. 119.59.121.172 (talk) 19:46, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks!Sintegral (talk) 19:50, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Do you think that this article is a good one to create? I noticed that it had no stub or anything, which is why I selected it.Sintegral (talk) 19:55, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I can't be sure without doing a little research and I'm just about out of time for today. Largely, it depends on how many references you can dig up for it online or in print at library. WP:NORG details what reviewers will be looking for. In general you need to find three independent, reliable sources with WP:ORGDEPTH for an AFC reviewer to accept it. But you may be better off inquiring with general questions at the WP:TEAHOUSE if your not certain if a source is independent and reliable you can always inquire at WP:RSN. In general companies and organizations are 2nd only to WP:BLPs in the quality of sources AFC reviewers will be looking for due to the never ending stream of paid for spam that gets sent our way, that said there are many good articles about organizations waiting to be written so it's certainly worth a shot if you think you can find the sources. 119.59.121.172 (talk) 20:04, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
As a quick further point, you can send notifications, Help:Notifications has all the details, to other registered users when replying by linking their username like this Example, or by using templates like these two Example and @Example:, just look at the wikicode. However it won't work if you don't add a new line and sign your name with ~~~~ in the same edit you link the username. It also doesn't work to notify users who don't have accounts, like yours truly, but you can always leave a {{talkback}} message and everyone registered or unregistered will see that. 119.59.121.172 (talk) 20:08, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hmmm okay... all this wikicode is simply above me at the moment. I'll have to get with my professor and sort this all out, along with that teahouse thing. Thank you!Sintegral (talk) 20:12, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
{{talkback}} testing this...Sintegral (talk) 20:14, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
