I recommend creating that page as a draft using the WP:AFC process, and then submitting it for review when you think it's ready. See also, Help:Introduction and Help:Your first article.

No problem, this can be a very confusing place. You can always get help by posting a question at the WP:TEAHOUSE or placing {{help me}} on your talk page, and someone will be along to help. I can't be sure without doing a little research and I'm just about out of time for today. Largely, it depends on how many references you can dig up for it online or in print at library. WP:NORG details what reviewers will be looking for. In general you need to find three independent, reliable sources with WP:ORGDEPTH for an AFC reviewer to accept it. But you may be better off inquiring with general questions at the WP:TEAHOUSE if your not certain if a source is independent and reliable you can always inquire at WP:RSN. In general companies and organizations are 2nd only to WP:BLPs in the quality of sources AFC reviewers will be looking for due to the never ending stream of paid for spam that gets sent our way, that said there are many good articles about organizations waiting to be written so it's certainly worth a shot if you think you can find the sources. 119.59.121.172 (talk) 20:04, 28 February 2021 (UTC)

As a quick further point, you can send notifications, Help:Notifications has all the details, to other registered users when replying by linking their username like this Example, or by using templates like these two Example and @Example:, just look at the wikicode. However it won't work if you don't add a new line and sign your name with ~~~~ in the same edit you link the username. It also doesn't work to notify users who don't have accounts, like yours truly, but you can always leave a {{talkback}} message and everyone registered or unregistered will see that. 119.59.121.172 (talk) 20:08, 28 February 2021 (UTC)

Quick comment

While there's nothing wrong with using an organization's own website as a source, it does have to be used with caution. You can see WP:ABOUTSELF and WP:PRIMARY for more details. Importantly it's existance will not factor into the decision of WP:AFC reviewer's or WP:AFD participants in deciding whether or not an article should be kept, and I assume deletion would be bad for your grade. What you need to start looking for are at least 3 sources that are WP:RELIABLE, WP:Independent, and satisfy WP:ORGDEPTH, the last of those can seem intimidating but keep in mind it's not necessary for an entire newspaper article, scholarly work, or book chapter, to be about the subject, a few paragraphs is fine so long as the coverage is sufficiently broad. And of course even if you can't find the sourcing to satisfy the criteria for a standalone article, you can always look to see if there's another article where it's appropriate to add a smaller amount of information instead as the sourcing requirements for a section within an existing article are somewhat laxer, see WP:NNC for more details. 119.59.121.172 (talk) 02:57, 3 March 2021 (UTC)

Explanation

So the reason your attempt at using talkback didn't work was because you copied the wikicode directly which only provides a link to the template rather than transcluding the template itself. Instead you transcluded {{tl}}. So here goes.

Templates can be confusing, but you can always find out more about each template by reading its documentation which should be found by following the link to the templates page.
