mind explaining why?

If you think my edit did not improve the article, that's fine and I'm happy to discuss. Drive-by reversions without any explanation about the actual merits of the change just strikes me as quite rude and counterproductive. The guidelines WP:BOLD explicitly encourage bold improvement of an article, so simply saying the changes are too big, without actual comment on the substance of the change doesn't fly. Thanks. As to my changes, they were actually not big, and I did explain them in the edit summaries they were (1) leave the definition at an actual quote rather than the quote plus a pov paraphrase (2) integrate a one-line section into the main text (3) add another example of a spin-off (4) remove one quite pov statement (at the end of palin) that was in no way necessary to the point.
