• Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here with your rationale:

Ways to improve Pollock Twins case

Hi, I'm Rasimmons. X-Men Forever, thanks for creating Pollock Twins case!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. The article is written from the point of view that the events it describes necessarily happened in the way they are explained. This could be improved, as it may not be the case. Furthermore, the tone could be more encyclopedic.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. R. A. Simmons Talk 12:23, 6 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Language link

I am trying to link Laetitia Toureaux with https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laetitia_Toureaux . The left side has link to add languages. The link is coming, but It's not working. The left side has language tab. There is a link which shows add interlanguage links. A window appears and asks for language. X-Men Forever (talk) 14:29, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This is done through Wikidata (see Help:Interlanguage links). I have done this for the above mentioned article. – Finnusertop (talkcontribs) 15:03, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

X-Men Forever is a fictional work. I don't have any relation with that group. X-Men Forever 15:14, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
It's series of comic books, in other words a product. Please read the username policy. – Finnusertop (talkcontribs) 15:27, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Someone please upload a fair use image from this source and use it in the page Van Meter Visitor. X-Men XtremE 05:16, 9 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

All images in that article are claimed to be copyrighted. Some likely are in the public domain in truth, but extreme care would have to be used. Besides, those that are more likely in the public domain are of low quality. I don't think we can claim fair use on any of them; see WP:NFCC, particularly "replacable by free content". Hello

Hi X-Men Xtreme, how're you? I can see you're having a couple of issues at the moment, is there anything I can do to answer any questions you may have about Wikipedia? -- samtar talk or stalk 14:36, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

samtar Can one editor improve three/four articles in a short time when 80% of the sources are in European languages? They are not giving me time. I don't believe in witches, occults, ghosts, reincarnations. If they appear in Google books and google search, then they call it Fringe as they don't like the subject. The name of those people have different spelling in European languages which is making difficult to find sources. And contents of Google books can't be translated online. You can check yourself. Only the 1929 article is not notable. Rest are notable. They should improve the article instead of harassing me. --X-Men XtremE 14:41, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I can totally understand it's a bit overwhelming with all this going on - can I reccomend you take a couple of moments just to relax? Our opinion on fringe content can sometimes seem a little harsh, but I'm sure you can appreciate we need to draw the line with what "theories" people can add to Wikipedia? Focus on one of your articles, and see if you can improve it (without removing the PROD/AfD notice) so that the community no longer wishes to delete it. Have a read of this and this. If it does get deleted, we can get it "recovered" into a draft and work on it together -- samtar talk or stalk 14:49, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
samtar I know the page about IRS. Now when google books are unreliable and European sources unreliable.? X-Men XtremE 14:51, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Help:Referencing for beginners may be able to help you find some alternative references? -- samtar talk or stalk 14:56, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Removing warnings

Removing warnings looks really suspicious, so I advise you not to do it. Also, one potentially fringe source doesn't make the article valid. ThePlatypusofDoom (Talk) 14:37, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

There are others present. --X-Men XtremE 15:08, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@ThePlatypusofDoom:, you're really out of line here (and with this edit in particular). Users are explicitly allowed to remove warnings from their talk pages. Per WP:BLANKING, "If a user removes material from their user page, it is normally taken to mean that the user has read and is aware of its contents. There is no need to keep them on display and usually users should not be forced to do so." StAnselm (talk) 19:42, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
