This account is new, but I have previously used a number of accounts, detailed on my user page, that have collectively passed the threshold for Extended confirmed. Additionally, one of them (User:The Bestagon) was an extended confirmed. I am willing to log in from that account and comment here to confirm if that is a requirement.
