Jemnice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈjɛmɲɪtsɛ]; German: Jamnitz) is a town in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 4,000 inhabitants. The centre of the town is historically significant and is protected by law as urban monument zone.
