I live in Kapelle and I had never heard of this city. I couldn't find any source that supported this claim. I added Orry-la-Ville as a twin town instead. I added a link to support this.). Kapelle (Dutch pronunciation: [kaːˈpɛlə] ) is a municipality and a town in the southwestern Netherlands on Zuid-Beveland. In 2023 the municipality's population amounts to 13,051.[6]
