Ngugo is a town in the southeastern Nigeria located near the city of Owerri. In the Ikeduru local government area, Ngugo has four villages: Umuozu, Amasa, Ochicha, and Ekwuem. Ochicha is the only one of the four that has an abattoir and a daily market (known as Ori Ochicha). The comprehensive secondary school and health centre for Ngugo is located in this village, and a standard adult education centre for the local government is also sited in Ochicha near St. Pius Catholic Church Ochicha.
