RFW is an Australian specialist vehicle manufacturer based in Chester Hill.

History

RFW airport catering truck

RFW manufacturers specialist heavy vehicles including fire appliances, garbage trucks and rail maintenance vehicles. Many of its products are all wheel drive.

It was founded by Robert Frederick Whitehead.[1] From 1967 it manufactured trucks and three-axle coach chassis for a number of operators including Ansett Pioneer and Seargent's Central Coast Coaches.
