The Italian Union of Seventh-Day Adventist Churches (Italian: Unione Italiana delle Chiese Cristiane Avventiste del Settimo Giorno), part of the worldwide fellowship of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, is a Protestant denomination in Italy.[1][2] The Union membership as of June 30, 2018 is 9,499, worshiping in 110 churches.[3]

History

In 1986 the Union first signed an agreement with the Italian Council of Ministers, in accordance with article 8 of the Italian Constitution which regulates the relations with religious minorities. They later signed three successive agreements. The latter of these agreements was made law in 2009.[4][5]
