The new Haugesund Courthouse, the current location of Haugaland District Court

Haugaland District Court (Haugaland tingrett) is a court of first instance under Gulating Court of Appeal . The court is located in Haugesund, Norway, and covers the municipalities Bokn, Etne, Haugesund, Karmøy, Sauda, Suldal, Tysvær, Utsira and Vindafjord.

The Court was established on 1 April 2008 in a new courthouse after Haugsund District Court and Karmsund District Court was merged.[1]
