The Miss New York's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of New York in Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Sarah Lawrence of Staten Island was crowned Miss New York's Outstanding Teen on June 8, 2019 at Paramount Hudson Valley Theater in Peekskill, New York. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2020 at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center on July 27, 2019 in Orlando, Florida.
