Staré Těchanovice (‹See Tfd›German: Alt Zechsdorf) is a village in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. The population is about 150. The village is composed of two districts: Staré Těchanovice and Jánské Koupele.
The first written mention of the village was in 1377.
