Mississippi Highway 310 (MS 310) is a highway that runs from MS 3 in Crenshaw to MS 7 in an unincorporated area of Malone.

Route description

Mississippi Highway 310 near its eastern terminus in Marshall County

MS 310's western terminus is at MS 3 in Crenshaw; from there it heads eastward out of town.[3] It goes through the unincorporated community of Longtown and reaches Como after 14.2 miles (22.9 km) of its routing, intersecting with US Highway 51 (US 51). After going through Como, it has an interchange with Interstate 55 (I-55). As it continues its way to MS 7, it passes through Harmontown and Blackwater before reaching its eastern terminus with MS 7 in the unincorporated area of Malone, Mississippi.
