Japan is scheduled to compete at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, China, from 4 to 20 February 2022.

Ice hockey

Japan has qualified 23 female competitors to the ice hockey tournament.[1]

Women's tournament

Japan women's national ice hockey team qualified by being 6th in the 2020 IIHF World Rankings. They will play in Group B against China and three teams yet to qualify.[2]
