Effurun

Effurun is the capital town of Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. It is highly populated and is a gateway into the city of Warri.

There is a Petroleum Training Institute at Effurun. There was a pipeline explosion within the area [1] which proves that the area is important and its inhabitants deserves special attention. Effurun is accessible through the airport at Osubi or through the Sapele and Warri seaports
