Johannes Daniel "Neil" Powell (born 28 June 1978) is a former South African rugby union player and currently the coach of the South African national rugby sevens team. He coached the team at the 2016 Summer Olympics, where they finished third.[1] Powell coached the team to a first-place finish in the 2016-17 World Rugby Sevens Series.
