Richmond is a civil parish[a] in Carleton County, New Brunswick, Canada. For governance purposes it is divided between the local service district of Debec, the LSD of the parish of Richmond, and the LSD of the parish of Woodstock, which includes one property in Richmond's southeastern corner.

Delineation

Richmond Parish is defined in the Territorial Division Act[2] as being bounded:

North by the Meduxnakeag River and the South Branch Meduxnakeag River;[b] easterly by Woodstock Parish; westerly by the International Boundary, and southerly by the county boundary.
