The Israeli Manpower Directorate (Hebrew: אגף כוח אדם, Agaf Koakh Adam, abbreviated to Aka), also known as the Personnel Directorate and formerly called the Human Resources Directorate, is the Israel Defense Forces body that coordinates and assembles activities related to the control over human resources and its placement. It draws plans for these following the standards of the Planning Directorate, and attends to the service conditions of individuals.

Units

The Manpower Directorate has seven main corps and brigade-level units directly subordinate to it, as well as numerous brigade and battalion-level units and sub-units. The six main subordinates are:

Commanders

Below are the historical commanders of the directorate. All of them finished their duties with the rank of Aluf, although some assumed the position with a lower rank. Includes pre-IDF Haganah commander Moshe Zadok.
