JD (Hindi: जेडी) is a Hindi feature film written, directed and produced by Shailendra Pandey.[1] This Bollywood film is based on the life of an Indian journalist.[2][3] The news portal "First Post" compared the story to Tarun Tejpal, editor-in-chief, involved in a Tehelka Magazine sexual assault case.[2] The film was released on 22 September 2017.[4][5][6][7]
