Cymbopogon nardus, common name citronella grass, is a perennial aromatic plant from the family Poaceae, originating in tropical Asia.
- It is the source of an essential oil known as "citronella oil".
- Cannot be eaten because of its unpalatable nature.

Ethnobotanical uses
