• the Maldives [MDV]
• Nepal [NEP]
• Pakistan [PAK]
• Sri Lanka [SRL]
• West Himalaya [WHM], comprising Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand (or Uttaranchal)
