Ma Biao (born August 1954) is a Chinese politician of ethnic Zhuang heritage, currently serving as a Vice-Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Born in Guangxi, Ma joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 1985. He was elected Chairman of the regional government in Guangxi on January 26, 2008, and served as Chairman until March 2013.[1] He is a member of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
