Firdous Jamal (Urdu: فردوس جمال) is a Pakistani television, theatre, stage and film actor. Beginning his career with a Hindko drama serial called Badnami Dey Toway in the mid-70s,[4] he has since then acted in at least three hundred TV plays, one hundred fifty stage plays, two hundred radio plays and fifty films. His work consists of all the languages of Pakistan.[1][2][5][6][7]

Family

His son Hamza Firdous is an actor,[8] an "award winning web drama producer and actor in Ireland"[9] who has had critically successful roles in dramas like O Rangreza or Ghughi, while another son, Bilawal Firdous, is a model and aspiring actor, with whom he opened his own production house, Firdous Jamal Films.[10]
