Iosif Solomonovich Bleikhman (1868–1921) was a Russian anarcho-communist revolutionary. He was the leader of the Petrograd Federation of Anarchist-Communists at the time of the Russian Revolution in 1917.[1]

Iosif was born into a Jewish family in Vidzy, Belarus.[2] He became a tinsmith, but soon emigrated to the United States of America. It was here he became an Anarcho-Communist and acquired a Jewish-American accent. He returned to Russia and became active during the Russian Revolution, proving to be an effective orator.
