Abbas Ahmed Atwi (Arabic: عباس أحمد عطوي; born 12 September 1979) is a Lebanese footballer who currently plays as Midfield for Nejmeh. He is wearing the number 10 shirt. He is not related to fellow Lebanese footballer and Al-Ahed player, Abbas Ali Atwi, or simply as Onika.

Atwi started his career for Al Nijmeh in the 1997/98 season, and he is still with the team. He made his debut for the Lebanon national football team in a 2004 AFC Asian Cup qualifying match against Jordan on 17 October 2003.[2] He appeared in eight qualifying matches for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.[3]

International career

He began to play in 2002 for Lebanon in the match against Jordan. He appeared in every FIFA World Cup qualification in 2006, 2010 and 2014 editions. He is the most capped player for his country with 81 official matches.
