Alan Robert Murray is a sound editor.
He has been nominated for eight Academy Awards. He won the Academy Award for Best Sound Editing in 2006 for his work in Letters from Iwo Jima.[1] In 2015 he again won the Academy Award for Best Sound Editing for his work on American Sniper.[2] He shared both awards with Bub Asman.
