Allan Arkush (born April 30, 1948 in Jersey City, New Jersey) is an American film director and television director and frequent collaborator of Joe Dante.
Arkush grew up in Fort Lee, New Jersey.[1] He got his start in the industry working in the trailer department for Roger Corman. He later went on to direct the Corman-produced films Hollywood Boulevard, Deathsport, and Rock 'n' Roll High School.[2] Arkush also contributes commentary to the web series Trailers From Hell.
