Alshermond Glendale ("Al") Singleton (born August 7, 1975 in Newark, New Jersey) is an American football linebacker in the National Football League. He played college football at Temple University and was drafted in the fourth round (128 overall) of the 1997 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers where he played for six seasons. In 2003, he joined the Dallas Cowboys as the starting strongside outside linebacker until Greg Ellis was converted from defensive end. He then played as a reserve linebacker and on special teams. For the last 3 years[when?] he has owned and operated the Martinizing Dry Cleaners in Morris Plains, New Jersey.[1]
