Bahman Group (Persian: گروه بهمن) is an Iran-based manufacturer of vehicles under license by Mazda. Bahman Group was founded in 1952 under the title of Iran Khalij Co by Mr. Amanollah Sarbaz and his son. They have since then manufactured, under license, versions of Mazda's trucks, including versions of the Mazda B-Series pickups and the previous generation Mazda 323 and Mazda 3. They also manufacture Isuzu buses and FAW trucks and Mitsubishi Pajero. Currently, the group is headed by Mohammad Reza Soroush.

Bahman Group company shares are traded in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). Mehr-e-Eqtesad Financial Group, Bahman Investment Company, Kharazmi Investment Company, and Ghadir Investment Company used to be major shareholders of Bahman Group, until September 2016, with 27.4%, 4.4%, 3,2%, and 3.2% of the total company's share respectively.[1] The became shareholders of Siba Motor Company after its creation in 2007.[2] In 2013 Bahman Group formed a relationship with FAW Group, China's biggest automaker.

‌Bahman Group has been listed annually for many years in the Iran 100 top companies based on assessment holds by Industrial Management Institute (IMI).[3]
