Bareilly Junction railway station (station code BE) is one of the most important railway stations in Northern India.[1] New Delhi (just 250 km.), the capital of India, is an important Station near Bareilly from where trains to Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and to most of the places in India are available.[2][3][4] However, some important trains to other parts of the country also touch/originate at this station.[4][5] Bareilly Junction used to serve both broad and metre gauge, but now the metre gauge is converted into broad gauge.[6][7][8]

Connectivity

Bareilly Railway station is connected to the city via all types of public transports. UPSRTC[clarification needed] buses are available for the station through all major intersection.
