Template:Grand Ducal Family of Baden Bernhard, Hereditary Prince of Baden (Bernhard Max Friedrich August Gustav Ludwig Kraft; born 27 May 1970 in Schloss Salem, Salem, Baden-Württemberg, Germany) is a great-nephew of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. He is the eldest son of Maximilian, Margrave of Baden and Archduchess Valerie of Austria.[1]
Marriage and children
He married Stephanie Anne Kaul (b. 27 June 1966), daughter of Christian Kaul and wife Hannelore Scheel, in a civil ceremony on 22 June 2001 and a religious ceremony the following day.[2][3] The marriage was acknowledged as dynastic by his father. The couple has three children:
- Prince Leopold Bernhard Max Michael Ernst-August Friedrich Guillaume of Baden (b. 18 May 2002 at Ravensburg)
- Prince Friedrich Bernhard Leopold Christian Berthold Christoph of Baden (b. 9 March 2004 at Ravensburg)
- Prince Karl-Wilhelm Bernhard Max Alexander Ernst-August Heinrich-Donatus Mathais of Baden (b. 11 February 2006 at Ravensburg)
