The Brain and Mind Centre (BMC) is an Australian medical research facility focused on conditions that affect the brain and the mind, including neurological and psychiatric conditions. Founded in 2003 by Professors Ian Hickie and Max Bennett as the Brain and Mind Research Institute, the Centre was renamed in 2015 and is located adjacent to the University of Sydney in Camperdown, Sydney, New South Wales.[1][2]

The research centre is affiliated with the University of Sydney, the Sydney Area Health Service and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.[1]

Location and facilities

The Brain and Mind Centre is located at 94 Mallet Street, Camperdown and was opened in 2011.[3] The Centre shares the site with the Sydney Nursing School, University of Sydney.[1]
