The Burlington Post is the local newspaper of Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

The paper covers local news and issues, as well as sports, entertainment, the arts, business, and classified sections.

The Post is distributed two times a week, on Thursdays and Fridays, through home delivery and is also sold in local stores and in newspaper boxes. The Friday issue is the largest and contains The Post Real Estate and New Homes sections.

On Thursdays, it also contains the "Sign Post" section, where Burlington citizens bring the newspaper along with them during their vacation and, eventually, a picture is published of them holding the newspaper.
