Cao Yanhua (Chinese: 曹燕华; pinyin: Cáo Yànhuá) is a female former table tennis player from China. From 1978 to 1985 she won several medals in singles, doubles, and team events in the Asian Table Tennis Championships and in the World Table Tennis Championships.[1]
