Scope

@Ser Amantio di Nicolao: Forgive me for asking this but some years ago, maybe 2016, appropriate categories were destroyed by an admin who clearly considered agriculture a subject of no or little interest to the world.

Anyway, Does this category cover just "companies" or are businesses allowed in here as well?

Please would someone create a header which explains the scope and intent of this category.
