What does the kill count have to be...

to be a 'mass murderer', we have fellas with only 4 on here? is that the low end?

What definition is in use here? Speck killed people in a group, but many of these others did not do any killings en masse! --Orange Mike 21:55, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
