As a note following up on the Cfd discussion in January 2015, the category here reflects churches with broadly similar beliefs, who relationships are well documented. In the English language, the word "Orient" literally means "East", although in the context of "Oriental" Orthodox, it refers to a different group than when using "Eastern" Orthodox. As both Eastern Orthodox and Oriental Orthodox are both considered "eastern" branches at least from a western perspective, there is not reason to exclude Eastern or Oriental Catholic Churches from the category, as neither of these three or groups are in perfect communion with each other (except of course the two Catholic ones). --Zfish118 (talk) 15:02, 29 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
