This category need to make sure the people in these categories have English heritage. Their nationality is British but their ethnicity is ______. Therefore, it is suggested that the category should stick to what it says "People of English descent" not "people with British nationality." Kaela Kimura is a perfect example of a person who this category might get confused. If her father was an Anglo by ethnicity, then she counts as a person of English descent, and should be within Category:English Japanese. However if her father was a British citizen, he could be of any ethnic origin and henceforth would not be in the Category:People of English descent.
