  • @Marcocapelle: Good suggestion. However, I believe that would create an issue regarding Imperial Russian generals who had one Polish parent, or those who were scions of Polish noble families that had settled in the Russian Empire for centuries, and had extensively intermarried with other ethnicites of the empire. In other words; people who were totally "Imperial Russian" in identity, but had some Polish ancestry by blood, and a Russified Polish surname. - LouisAragon (talk) 17:48, 13 August 2017 (UTC)
  • @LouisAragon: I notice that this nomination hasn't been processed by an administrator. It's probably a hint that we should list this at CfD for a full discussion. Marcocapelle (talk) 06:28, 19 August 2017 (UTC)
  • @Marcocapelle: You're probably right. Should I just remove the speedy tag on the cat and list it at CfD then? I'm not really a "veteran" regarding these follow-up protocols, hence my question. - LouisAragon (talk) 00:40, 23 August 2017 (UTC)
