Catherine Ann Kelley[2] (born September 27, 1988)[3] is an American ring announcer, television host, journalist and actress currently signed with WWE since 2016.[4] Prior to signing with WWE, she was best known for hosting and being a panelist on Maria Menounos' online network AfterBuzz TV.[5] She was a part of AfterBuzz's WWE's Monday Night Raw, WWE's NXT, and ABC's The Bachelor recap shows. Cathy also hosted and contributed to Sam Roberts' show on Sirius XM, WTTW's GenYTV,[6] WOI-DT's The Open House Television Show,[7] DSM Living,[8][9] and JUCE TV's Hot Off The Press.

Early life

Cathy was born and raised in Oak Park, Illinois.[6][4] She grew up with a single mother, but spent much of her time on her father's farm in Vermont.[10] Her grandfather, Bartram Kelley was an aviation pioneer, as the senior engineer of Bell Helicopters.[11]

Career

AfterBuzz TV

Kelley was a host and panelist on Maria Menounos' online network AfterBuzz TV on Raw, NXT, and The Bachelor recap shows. She hosted the shows for over two years.[12] She also hosted "Chatting with Cathy" on AfterBuzz where she interviewed celebrities, social influencers, and friends of the network.[13]

WWE (2016–present)

Kelley was signed to WWE in February 2016.[12] She has been assigned as an backstage correspondent in NXT and a social media correspondent.
