The Sanshinzan Chōhō-ji (長保寺) is a temple of the Tendai sect in Kainan, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. It was established by Emperor Ichijō's instruction in 1000.

Chōhō-ji's Main Hall, Pagoda and Daimon are National Treasure of Japan.
