Comun Nuovo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northeast of Milan and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) south of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2010, it had a population of 4,144 and an area of about 6 square kilometres (2.3 sq mi).[3]

Comun Nuovo borders the following municipalities: Levate, Spirano, Stezzano, Urgnano, Verdello, Zanica.

The city is also known for the many companies that have located their offices in the small town. Heineken, Olmo and Fonderie Pietro Pilenga are among the most famous companies that have headquarters in Comun Nuovo
