In statistics, conditional logistic regression is a type of probabilistic statistical classification model, most commonly used in the analysis of stratum-matched case-control studies, but also employed in analysing any data where matching or very fine stratification is present i.e. in which there are many nuisance parameters. It is a type of logistic regression.
