Promotional performances began simultaneously with Super Junior's comeback single "U". This track is also Super Junior's first participation in an SMTown album.

"Dancing Out" was released not long after "U", and Super Junior promoted both singles simultaneously in music programs. "Dancing Out" grabbed two awards, the SBSPopular Songs Mutizen Song and the #1 song at M.NET's M! Countdown.[1]
