Not to be confused with Derrymullen, County Kildare, or two Derrymullens in County Laois, or Derrymullin in County Offaly (note three spellings: Derrymullan, -en, -in).[1]

Derrymullan (Irish: Doire an Mhaoláin, meaning 'Mullen's Wood'), [2] also Derrymullen, is a 226-acre townland [3] on the north side of Ballinasloe in County Galway, Ireland. It is in the barony of Clonmacnowen and the civil parish of Kilcloony.
